Returns & Exchanges 🔄

Every Boomtick piece is printed to order just for you, so here's how we make things right.

Wrong size? Exchanges are free. Within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once your unworn, unwashed item is on its way back, we'll print your new size. One free exchange per order.

Changed your mind? Return it unworn and unwashed within 30 days for store credit for the full purchase price. You cover return shipping.

Something wrong with it? If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 15 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you don't need to send it back.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
